Die Casting mold is a tool used to cast metal parts, a tool that needs to accomplish the die-casting process on a specific machine. The structure and working principle of the die-casting mold are similar to injection mold, they all have a cavity as product share in the mold, the melted metal material will be injected into the mold cavity by die-casting machine.

According to the environment of the product and the raw material, structure, and tolerance, a detailed processing plan will be drawn.
Confirm the shape of the mold structure, and design a reasonable parting surface and gating system.
Core and ejection system design
Confirm the capacity of the die-casting machine, and design a suitable mold base and cooling system.
Check the dimensions of the mold and machine, and draw the geometry drawing of each component.
Assembly.
