ETFE material is a transparent material, which can be processed by injection molding, extrusion, and other methods.
ETFE material has poor fluidity, easily to be decomposed, and generates corrosive gas during composition. When manufacturing the molds, it is necessary to choose special steel material with corrosion resistance. Also, after production, the cavity of the mold and the injection nozzle of the injection machine should be professionally cleaned, otherwise, it will be damaged easily by the corrosive gas.
