There are many reasons to add text to injection molded products, it could be assembly instructions, part numbers, and material details. Here are the steps on how to add text to injection molded parts:
1. Raised or Recessed
First, you have to decide whether to use a raised or recessed method to display the text. Normally, raised text is typically easier to see.
2. Font
Choose an appropriate font and size.
3. Processing
Use engraving or etching to carve the designed logo or text into the mold cavity. If you are using a date stamp, you can purchase it directly. During the injection molding process, the required logo and text will be displayed at the specified location.

Product name and model number
Manufacturer and trademark
Production date and batch number
Quality control markings.
