Regular Cleaning: Regularly wipe the mold surface with a clean, soft cloth to remove dust, oil, and other contaminants.
Dehumidification Measures: In humid seasons, desiccants or dehumidifiers are placed in the mold storage area.
Rust Prevention Treatment:
Surface Treatment: Apply electroplating, phosphating, or blackening to the mold surface for rust prevention.
Application of Rust Preventive Oil: Apply an appropriate amount of rust preventive oil to the mold surface to form a protective film.
