The release agent is a tool used in injection molding to facilitate the demolding of the plastic product, and it is also a product often used by molding factories. At present, the dry release agent is used more in production, which can prevent the release agent from forming defects on the surface of the product. So, what is the correct way to use a release agent?
Share the release agent well before use, and spray it evenly at a distance of 30cm from the mold cavity, also, repeated spraying is required at regular intervals, and do not use too much, otherwise the release agent will easily stick to the product and cause the quality problems.
As a professional injection mold manufacturing, normally we will improve the demolding condition of the product by adjusting the demoulding slope of the product, and try not to use the release agent to ensure that the product quality can meet the requirements of customers.
