Plastic product packaging
As a supplier of injection molds and injection molded products, we package our injection molds or plastic products before delivery to ensure the stability of the products in transit. For some high-quality components or finished products, customers usually entrust us to package the products according to their requirements. I will some common ways of packing plastic products for your reference.
1.Finished products
For finished products, blister packing and carton box are the two most common methods. After the customer receives the product, it can be directly sold in the market. Customized packaging has to be adhered product information outside or with product instructions.
2.Plastic components
For general components, we choose sealed or OPP bag for packaging. The number of products in each bag is determined by customer needs, and the bags should be labeled with products information to facilitate the classification. For some product with high surface requirements or high-quality components, we will pack the product separately, often using sealed bags or hot stamping packing, to avoid collisions between products and surface issues.
3.Medical products
General disposable medical products need to be processed in clean rooms and aseptically packaged after manufacturing. Other types of medical components are processed and assembled in a conventional environment and then cleaned and sterilized for packaging.
