1. Heat-transfer channel
In the injection molding process of high-temperature materials, the products need to be cooled for a while before demolding, while the mold is warmed up again after demolding, which will cause the injection molding to be time-consuming and laborious, if a heat-transfer channel is added to the injection mold, it can speed up this process and make the molding temperature easier to control.
2. Mold material
The selection of mold material will affect the quality of the final product. Here, high-temperature mold materials with strong processability and cost-effectiveness should be chosen. If you choose general material, you should add a heat-transfer channel in the mold design to facilitate the cooling effect.
3. Insulation plate
Installing an insulation plate on the mold can enhance the heating effect of the mold and maintain the mold temperature which also facilitates the molding of the high-temperature materials.
