Hardened mold steel adopts the heat treatment of quenching and low-temperature tempering, and the hardness after treatment is about 45-50HRC. Because of the varieties of hardened steel, they are often allocated to the different parts of the mold, such as mold base, mold cavity. For example, if customers have high requirements on mold life, we can use hard steel as the raw material, which can bring a longevity mold life, also avoiding problems in the processing process.
