Common requirements of the release agent:
Oil. Silicone oil is an ideal material for release agents, it has high-temperature resistance and will not affect the assembly effect of die casting products.
Water. In the consistency of the release agent, water is used as the dispersion medium to ensure that the silicone oil is distributed on the surface of the cavity to improve the demolding effect.
Emulsion. Choose a suitable emulsifier to prevent it from carbonizing at a high temperature, ensuring the tidy of the product and mold.
No corrosive effect will be allowed in the release agent, and the volatiles contained are non-toxic and harmless to the human body.
