The procedure of die casting mold is as follows?

2. Spray the mold release agent on the surface of the cavity.
3. Testing the mold and machine by the parameter set in step1, and adjusting by the situation of the product.
4. optimize the machine parameters of the product to obtain the best production performance for mass production under the guidance of professionals and technicians.
5. The temperature of raw materials should be kept within a suitable range as much as possible to ensure the product quality.
6. adjust the total flow of cooling water to maintain proper mold temperature.
7. When ejecting, it is necessary to prepare enough spare parts for the disassembly of the product.
After the mold testing is completed, a mold test feedback report needs to be prepared by the quality and other attributes of the product.
