What are the cleaning steps for medical products?
Disposable medical products need to be processed and packaged in a clean room, and there are certain grade requirements for the clean room. Other injection molded parts that require secondary assembly need to be cleaned, assembled, sterilized, and finally packaged aseptically after injection molding production. So, what are the cleaning steps for medical products?
The surface of medical plastic products processed by injection molding process will be polluted by particles, mineral oil, etc., and cannot be completely cleaned during the disinfection process. To maintain the cleanliness of medical products, we will wash the products for a certain period before disinfection. In the cleaning stage, our commonly used equipment and items include ultrasonic cleaners, drying boxes, sterile air compressors, and environmentally friendly cleaning agents.
1. Ultrasonic cleaner
Ultrasonic cleaner is an equipment for physical cleaning, normally it works with water or other cleaning agents which can helps the process of dirties removal.
2. Drying box
A drying box have plenty of heating units that can provide continuous heats, and also have several fans for providing smooth air-flow inside the equipment.
3. Air compressor
The air compressor we intend to use is sterile air compressors which can provide dry, clean air for drying process, and air compressor should connect with drying box to make sure that the air blows inside is clean.
