What are the common types of injection molding machine?
According to the shape and structure of the injection molding machine, it can divide into the vertical injection molding machine, horizontal injection molding machine, angle injection molding machine, and combined injection molding machine.
1. The height of the injection molding machine is greater than the width of the equipment, this type of injection molding machine we call vertical injection molding machine, and the injection section and the clamping section are in a straight line. The vertical injection machine covers a small area and is more convenient to do the modification. And the disadvantage is obvious, which is difficult to feed the raw material, and the stability of the injection molding is poor. This kind of injection machine is mostly used to produce plastic products with small dimensions.
2. The length of the body is longer than the height, and we call this type of injection machine the horizontal injection machine. From the structure, we can figure out that its injection section and clamping section are in a straight line and arranged horizontally. In the injection industry, the horizontal injection machine is the first choice for starting this business. Its advantage includes: low body height, good working stability, convenient operation and maintenance, and most important is automatic operation.
3. The angle injection machine is suitable for the plastic parts with higher requirements for surface treatment, such as zero marks and welding lines.
4. The combined injection machine is an injection machine composed of various injection and clamping section, and the target is to meet the production needs of different plastic products.
