1. The completion of the mold structure with thee product drawings. Whether the raw material, hardness, and dimensional accuracy of the injection mold and related accessories meet the requirements of the product drawings.
2. Plastic product. Whether the fluidity of the melted plastic and defects may appear in the molding process will affect the basic application of the plastic products.
3. Injection molding machine. Whether there are problems in the injection volume, injection pressure, clamping force of the injection molding machine.
4. Mold structure. whether the position of the parting surface of the mold and processing accuracy meet the actual needs of the product; Will flash and other defects occur in the demolding process.
5. The ejection system of the mold. Is the molding method appropriate? Is the size, position, and quantity of the ejector pins appropriate? During the demolding process, will the product be deformed?
6. Whether the position and size of the mold pouring and exhaust system meet the production requirements?
7. Whether the installation position of each mold accessories on the mold assembly drawing is appropriate.
8. Whether the main structure of the mold and the working dimensions of the molded parts are correct to ensure that the product will not cause dimensional errors in the subsequent production process.
