Why the exhaust system is needed?
If there is no exhaust system or the exhaust system is unreasonable in the mold, it will bring the following defects to the plastic products:
1. Increasing the resistance of feeding, making it difficult to mold the product, resulting the short-shot defects.
2. Unexpected marks will be formed on the product, resulting in a decrease in product performance.
3. During injection, due to the accumulation of gas in the cavity, the temperature of the cavity will be high, which causes the melted plastic to decompose, and carbonization will happen in some bad situations.
4. Because of the poor exhaust, the filling time will be longer than normal, and longer the production cycle will lead to a decrease in production efficiency. An appropriate exhaust system can improve injection speed and production efficiency.
5. The difficulty of demolding increases when the mold is poor in the exhaust system, and plastic parts like barrel shape products are easier to deform.
