The three-way socket refers to a base that can be inserted by one or more plugs, and the electrical equipment can get power through the socket to facilitate connection with other circuits. The users can achieve the on-off operation of the electrical equipment through the connection and disconnection between the cable and the plugs.
The socket injection mold is the key part of the production of the three-way socket, and there are several holes on the top side of the socket. We must ensure the precision of these holes on the socket mold design to avoid dimension difference for causing an insecure connection. As customer’s request, we use ABS material as the raw material for the production of the socket components, the electrical insulation provided by the ABS material is one of the necessary property for the electrical socket, and its rigidity and structural strength can extend the service life of the socket.
