A mold gating system is a network of channels that deliver molten plastic from the injection molding machine nozzle to the mold cavity. It is an important part of the injection molding process, as it affects the quality and efficiency of the molded parts.

NAK80 steel is a precipitation or age-hardened mold steel with a uniform through hardness of approximately 40 HRC. It is super clean, Vacuum-Arc Remelted steel with uniform grain structure, uniform hardness, and excellent dimensional stability.

A plastic injection molding machine is a manufacturing machine designed to turn plastic polymers and resins into plastic parts and products. The injection molding process will essentially heat plastic material to its melting point, and the injection unit will force it into a created mold. Once in the mold, the part or product will harden as it cools, and the solid product will be ejected.

In injection molding, sharp corners can cause a number of problems, including reduced strength, increased old complexity, increased manufacturing time, reduced surface finish.
