Engineering plastics are playing an increasingly important role in automotive manufacturing. Currently, there are about 30,000 parts in one car, of which one-third are made of plastic. There are about 40 different types of basic plastics used to manufacture automotive components.

Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic material with good mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and processability. It has the advantages of low density and recyclability and is widely used in the automotive industry.

The vehicles have a large portion of plastic parts in their structure, to meet the functional requirements, we should continue to innovate our technology on automotive mold making.
