1. Product Characteristics
Size and Weight: The clamping force and injection volume of the machine should be determined based on the product's projected area and volume.
Shape Complexity: For complex or precision-designed products, high-precision injection molding machines are required.
Material Characteristics: Different plastic materials (e.g., PP, PE, ABS, PC) have specific requirements for the machine's plasticizing capability, injection pressure, and temperature control system.
2. Injection Molding Machine Parameters
